Production systems built solo, end-to-end. From discovery to deployment.
Trust & Estate Litigation Firm — Century City & Irvine, CA
A full marketing website and staff portal for a California trust & estate litigation firm — designed, built, and audited to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, live in production.
The Problem
A newly formed California trust & estate litigation firm needed a professional web presence from scratch — one that could hold up to the scrutiny of prospective clients evaluating a law firm during an already stressful moment.
Law firm websites are also a common target for ADA/accessibility demand letters. The firm needed a site built correctly from day one, not retrofitted after a complaint.
The Solution
Designed and built end-to-end: information architecture, practice area pages, attorney profiles, and a full accessibility pass against WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria — keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, color contrast, and semantic markup.

R.F. MacDonald Co. — Industrial Equipment Services
Production sales application for a 12-office industrial equipment company — 9 forms, 31 tables, 145 users, built and shipped solo.
The Problem
R.F. MacDonald Co. is one of the largest boiler and burner service companies on the U.S. West Coast, with 12 offices across California and Nevada serving commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
25 field salespeople were generating 100–125 quotes per month each. Every quote started on paper or a tablet, then got manually entered into NetSuite by inside sales.
That's 50–100 hours of data entry per salesperson per month. Errors, bottlenecks, and zero visibility for managers into what the field team was actually doing.
The Solution
Not a prototype — a system used daily by a real company. Built from discovery call to production deployment by one person.

Legal Case Management — California Trust & Estate Firms
Case management software for California trust & estate law firms, built around an automated court docket monitoring engine — currently in beta with a live law firm customer.
The Problem
Small trust & estate firms track cases across spreadsheets and manual court-website checks. Hearing dates move, filings get added, judges get reassigned — and firms find out by chance, or too late.
Generic case management tools don't understand California probate court structure, and none of them watch the docket for you.
The Solution
Docketed pairs a purpose-built cases and clients system with an automated change-detection engine that watches California Superior Court sources and flags what moved.

Sequential Analytics — Proprietary Business Health Diagnostic
Proprietary business health assessment — 30 questions, 5 pillars, automated scoring. Sequential's diagnostic framework for small business consulting.
The Framework
SPARK is a proprietary business health assessment framework designed for small businesses (5–100 employees) who know something isn't working but can't pinpoint where.
What Exists Today
What's Being Built
SPARK demonstrates that Sequential isn't just a services shop — there's a product methodology behind the work. It shows structured thinking about how to diagnose business problems before building solutions.
Rise & Proof — Sample Client
A fully interactive enterprise operations application for a bakery — 5 modules, 3 user roles, live cost calculations, and responsive mobile design. Built as a working demo to showcase what a custom business app looks like.
The Concept
Most agencies show mockups. We built a fully working application that visitors can click through directly in the browser. No login, no signup — just open the demo and start exploring.
Rise & Proof is a fictional bakery with real operational complexity: wholesale orders, recipe costing, inventory tracking, and role-based access for different team members.
The demo runs entirely in the browser — no backend, no database, no stored data. Just the frontend patterns and calculation engines that power production applications.
